Ziff Properties, Inc. is a commercial real estate firm with more than 40 properties located throughout the south and midwest. Their portfolio consists of retail centers, office buildings, industrial/warehouse, and self-storage. The scope of the project was to design a new flyer template and update with all retail centers to be used as leasing collateral for the leasing reps as well as displays for trade shows.

The new design is modernized with thin, sans serif font, adding icons to the demographic information to make it more visually stimulating. The aerial maps on the second page were updated with high resolution logos for businesses in close proximity to the subject property.
